Summary: From the start, this was the easiest stay imaginable. Nicholas and Jamie are wonderful hosts and very responsive. The house is perfectly located, has plenty of parking, spacious living room and porches. It was much larger in person than in the pictures! We enjoyed the pool and having beach access across the street. The most accommodating and hospitable hosts! We will certainly be back.

Summary: It was a little over priced. Couldn't check in until 4 check in time should be 2. A/C sensor will not let you get a good night sleep because of the temperature raising to 76 degrees in the middle of the night. Had to get a dead rat out of the pool.
